Processing & Production
Every item is made to order, not pulled from stock. Please allow 5–7 business days for us to produce your item after your order is placed. During high-volume periods, production may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if there's any significant delay.
Shipping
Once production is complete, your order ships and typically arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to international shipping in the future.
Delays
Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and high order volume around holidays can occasionally extend delivery windows beyond the estimate above.
Returns & Care
Returns
Because every item is custom-made to your specifications — car model, body color, rim finish, and license plate — we're only able to accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. All other sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll work with you to make it right through a replacement or refund.
Since these are made-to-order, custom products, we're unable to accept returns due to buyer's remorse, color preference changes after production, or measurement/sizing errors on custom text fields — please double check your customization details before checkout.
Care Instructions
To keep your key holder looking its best, avoid placing it in direct sunlight or areas with prolonged heat exposure, as this can cause warping over time. Clean gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth — avoid harsh chemicals or solvents.
